Landscape Design Process
Let us bring your dream yard design to life
From design concept to completion, your Design Worx landscape design expert keeps the process simple and fun, ensuring your dream yard can finally become a reality. So, how does it work?
Dream It
You’ve been dreaming of that perfect yard design for awhile, but now what? It’s time to take your dream and turn it into a reality. The first step of the design process is submitting your initial concept, along with photos of your home and any desired materials, to our team of expert landscape designers. Don’t have a concept? No worries! We can create a vision together through our initial consultation where we’ll establish your goals, style, planting areas, and budget.
Design It
After the design concept has been established, we’ll create a lifelike rendering of your property with the initial design. At this time you will receive a short video of your 3D designed outdoor space, along with still images of the space showing different conditions during the evening and during the day, and a plant list.
Finalize It
Time for revisions. At this step you’ll work with your landscape design expert to make design changes, along with helping select outdoor pieces including furniture, decor, and plants that meet your style requests. Let your imagination run wild! After all design requests are tweaked, we’ll send all final design plans, and plant, furniture, decor, and materials list.
Build It
Let us connect you with a recommended local contractor to bring your landscape dream to life. Your preferred contractor will take the lead at this point but the Design Worx team offers full support throughout the construction phase including any design adjustments that become necessary after your initial site walk.
